Ayurvedic Chef

Aditi grew up in India, watching and learning from her mother and grandmother, as they made nourishing Ayurveda based foods. She has worked on perfecting her culinary skills and has a passion to spread her knowledge. She has a Masters degree in Nutrition. She is an instructor and conducts Indian Vegetarian cooking workshops at Santa Fe Community College. Aditi works as a Culinary Thrive Guide at Sunrise Springs Spa Resort in Santa Fe. Aditi offers cooking classes at Agni Ayurveda and shares her joy of creating delicious, balanced, wholesome meals. Aditi also served as Executive Director for the Medfield TV television studio in Massachusetts, where she produced and hosted several cooking programs, including Spice Mantra and Vegetarian Spice. Aditi is excited to unravel the secrets of healing Ayurvedic foods.
